Recently, Carla published an ArcGIS story map on sustainable resource management in Puerto Rico in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria in 2017. The story highlights community-based efforts to improve resource management, inspired by hurricane damage which exacerbated ongoing long-term environmental degradation. Congratulations, Carla, on this accomplishment!
